Beulah Missionary Baptist Church is seeking a Spirit-led, gifted communicator to serve as our Bi-Vocational Pastor. This part-time pastoral role is designed for a called and credentialed minister who maintains outside employment while providing consistent, Christ-centered leadership and pastoral care to our congregation. The bi-vocational model reflects both our current stewardship posture and our commitment to a pastor who is actively engaged in the broader community. The selected candidate will serve an initial three-month bi-vocational pastoral period, followed by a structured review for fit and full appointment confirmation by the candidate and search committee.
