First Baptist Church of Princeton (FBCP) is seeking a spiritually grounded, Christ-centered, and visionary Ministry Director of Worship and Arts to help us build and lead this ministry for the first time in our church’s history. This is a strategic role for our next season of ministry as we lean into our emerging core values and seek to embody love in action in our worship and witness.

This position requires interested candidates to play the piano, keyboard, and/or Hammond Organ and have experience working with children, youth, and adults.
