The Greater Ebenezer  Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a dedicated, Spirit-filled, and biblically grounded Pastor to lead our congregation in worship, discipleship, evangelism, and community outreach. We are seeking a servant leader who is called by God to preach and teach His Word, provide pastoral care, and guide the church in fulfilling its mission and vision.

The ideal candidate will:

Demonstrate a strong and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Be licensed and ordained in the Baptist faith.
Preach and teach sound biblical doctrine.
Provide spiritual leadership and vision for the congregation.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Support and encourage the growth and development of all church ministries
Exhibit a heart for pastoral care, discipleship, and community engagement
Demonstrates financial awareness and responsibility
Possess effective administrative skills and able to organize and lead staff

Submit a letter of interest which includes a description of your call to and experience in ministry
Current résumé
Three Letters of Recommendation
Copies of degrees, ministerial certifications, and ordination documentation
Available recordings of sermons (DVD, digital media, or online links)
