We are seeking the following qualifications and skills:

• Atleast a Master of Divinity or equivalent theological degree
• At least 5 years of experience in pastoral ministry or church leadership
• Effective preaching and teaching skills for diverse audiences
• Strong commitment to Baptist beliefs and a clear sense of pastoral calling
• Ordination or certification by a recognized religious denomination
• Demonstrates strong leadership and teamwork in church or ministry setting
