Corinth Baptist Church, of Alamogordo, NM is currently accepting resumes for a Senior Pastor.

• Candidates should be either licensed or, preferably, ordained ministers within the
  Baptist faith. This ensures a strong foundation in Baptist doctrine and aligns with
  the expectations for spiritual leadership in our community.
• Each week, prepare and deliver Christ-centered, Bible-based sermons for the
  Sunday service, offering meaningful guidance and inspiration to the
  congregation. Additionally, lead Bible study sessions every Wednesday, creating
  opportunities for deeper discussion and reflection on scripture to help foster
  spiritual growth within the church.
• Develop Bible studies and teachings that not only remain faithful to[pdf-embedder scripture but
  also address the specific needs and experiences of our congregation, ensuring
  that each lesson is both spiritually enriching and practically relevant.
• Participates actively in the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc., or
  demonstrates a willingness to become engaged with its initiatives and activities.
• Ideally, candidates should possess at least three years of ministerial experience.
• Consistently participate in staff and committee meetings to stay informed, collaborate
  with members of the church, and contribute to ongoing initiatives. Your active
  involvement ensures effective communication and helps drive the success of our shared
  goals.
•  Demonstrate strong administrative abilities, including the capacity to effectively
  organize and lead staff.  Exhibit excellent communication skills, both in writing
  and speaking.
• Engage actively in visiting church members in hospitals, nursing homes, and
  private homes, providing support and prayer to offer comfort and spiritual care.
• Show financial awareness and responsibility in all aspects of church operations.
• Display a willingness to participate in educational and enrichment activities to
  foster ongoing personal and professional growth.
• Candidates must submit copies of their license, ordination, and any relevant
  educational transcripts (if any).
