1. Plan, lead, and execute weekly worship services and special services that are Christ-centered, Spirit-led, and aligned with the Senior Leader’s vision.
2. Lead, manage, and develop a staff of musicians, as well as volunteer choir members and worship team participants.
3. Schedule, direct, and lead rehearsals for musicians, vocalists, and choir members.
4. Lead worship through vocal and instrumental excellence, creating an atmosphere that invites congregational participation.
5. Oversee all aspects of the Worship and Arts Ministry, including music, choir, and creative expressions (i.e. Karah Praise Dance Ministry)
6. Work in conjunction with sound and technical personnel to prepare Sunday services and special events.
